Tile is the core of our business. Master bathrooms, kitchen floors, hotel lobbies, restaurant kitchens, office restrooms, retail showrooms — we have been setting tile across Washington for more than thirty years, and the work holds up under heavy daily traffic.
The difference is almost always in the prep. Before any tile is set we assess the subfloor, correct deflection, pour self-leveling underlayment where the slab or plywood is out of plane, and install a bonded waterproof membrane in every wet area. That is what stops the cracked grout, loose tiles, and hidden leaks we regularly get called in to fix on someone else's installation.
From there it is craft: layout planned around sightlines so cuts land where they belong, consistent grout joints, clean edge profiles, and sealing matched to the material. You get a floor or wall that looks intentional rather than assembled.

- How long does a tile installation take?
- A standard bathroom floor usually takes two to three days including prep and grout cure time. A full shower with waterproofing runs four to six days, and large open floors depend on square footage and substrate condition. We give you a day-by-day schedule with your estimate.
- Do you handle waterproofing for showers?
- Yes. Every wet area we build gets a full waterproof membrane system, bonded and flood-tested before a single tile goes up. Skipping that step is the most common cause of tile failure we're called in to repair.
- Can you install large-format tile on an uneven floor?
- That's exactly where prep matters. We use self-leveling underlayments to bring the substrate dead-level before setting, which is what prevents lippage and cracked grout lines on big panels.
- Do you supply the tile or do I buy it?
- You have the final say on materials. We're happy to advise and point you toward trusted suppliers and products that suit your space and budget, but the choice is always yours.
