We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, virtual estimate form, or a customer review, we receive the name, email address, phone number, project address, project details, and any photographs you attach. We do not sell information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles from your visit.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and keep in touch about your project. Reviews you submit are published on our Reviews page with the name you provide; the email address attached to a review is stored privately and is never displayed publicly.
Storage and security
Form submissions and uploaded photos are stored in a secured, access-restricted database and private file storage hosted by our platform provider. Photos are shared with our team through expiring private links. Only State Group LLC staff can access submitted information. We keep project inquiries only as long as needed for our business records.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, including a published review, at any time. Email aleca.us@gmail.com or call 425-218-8409 and we will take care of it. If you contacted us by mistake, simply let us know and we will remove your submission.
